Midge Noble, author, has written a children's book, "SHEBA, Home Is Where Your Heart Is," based on a true story about Sheba, a young shepherd mix that survives abuse and neglect, and risks everything during a daring escape in order to give herself a chance to find the loving family she deserved. Midge is a child/adolescent and family therapist who lives in Randolph County. She has made multiple appearances for book signings and the proceeds have all gone to the HSRC and the animal shelter. I appreciated the shout out in the Humane Society Newsletter!
SHEBA has been reviewed in the May issue of the Fostering Perspectives newsletter! It was a very positive review and inspires families to read SHEBA together! Check out an excerpt on the review page of this website!
